at the tina pearson salon, our goal is to insure your experience exceeds your expectations. below are our policies that will help our team provide all of our guests with the best service possible.

upon your arrival

please do not bring children or guests to your appointment unless they are being serviced.


we cannot have children playing in the salon where we use hot tools & hair color in particular.  we want guests to feel pampered, relaxed and free to have a great time in our cozy environment.


please do not bring husbands, friends and or family to your appointment. there are plenty of restaurants in the area if you are not a local resident and they need to wait for you.  guests can cause an unnecessary overflow to our waiting and styling area and does not align with our environment we work hard at creating for our guests


we ask that you please arrive at minimum - 10  minutes prior to your reservation. this will allow our concierge to get you checked in and allow you to relax, enjoy a beverage and browse our reception and retail lounge.

running behind
it happens, we get it.  if you are running behind for your reservation, we ask you to please contact us as soon as you are aware that you may be late.  this will allow your stylist to evaluate your reservation and plan accordingly. if you arrive 15 minutes or later for your scheduled reservation, you may be asked to reschedule or modify said reservation. ​If you are late and are still serviced there may be a wait, as we continue to stay on schedule as other guests arrive.

cancellations
we know you would never want to. but it happens.  if you need to cancel we ask that you do so giving us 24-48 hours advance notice. if it is less than 24 hours, you will be subject to a charge of $25. all "no shows" will be charged 50% of the scheduled reservation total. this charge will be applied to the credit card used to reserve the reservation.

payments
at the tina pearson salon as a amex customer favorite and preferred customer we proudly accept american express, along with visa, mastercard, and cash for the purchase of services and our retail. 

gratuity
we thank you......gratuities are not included in the cost of your reservation, and can be paid in cash only.

extension services
we do require a 25% deposit for all weave services.  this deposit does not include any hair purchases.  we ask that in the event you need to cancel you give us a 72 hour notice or you will be subject to forfeit your deposit.  all hair purchases for our weave services must be paid in full at the time the order and reservation of appointment is placed.

children
we happily accept young clients, however at the salon we ask that any children when not receiving a service, not accompany you during your appointment.  no fair to them if they are not receiving amazing services at the time. 

guest with visitors
to ensure all of our guests are comfy and cozy at all times we ask that you refrain from bringing guests with you to your appointment.  there are many cafes, boutiques and restaurants in the area should they need to chill out and wait for you.

cell phones
we ask that you silence your cellphones while receiving services in the salon, to respect the experience of guests around you.  should you need to take a conference call on your phone we ask that you stay mindful of others and use a headset when this need arises.

returns/exchanges services
here at the tps we guarantee both our products and our services. in the case you are dissatisfied with retail you've purchased, you have 10 days from purchase date to exchange for a more fitting product. no exchanges will be accepted beyond that time window. in the case we have not met your expectations with your hair we would like to invite you back within 5 days of your service for a complimentary adjustment.  we do ask that you notify us within 24-hours of your appointment

color formulas
each stylist here at the tps determines your color formulation off of your current hair condition, your end goal and our professional expertise.  as such, our custom color formulas are property of tps and can be made available to you for $50.

gift cards
tps offers gift card for purchase whether given as a gift or used as a "tps debit" card. you can add any amount to your card and it can be applied to both services and retail. if you lose your card, we can replace it for you at your next reservation or can look up in your personal account for your balance. you can still apply that credit to your purchase whether you have your tps card or not.  purchasing gift cards are also a great way to “refer a friend” especially since we offer you 10% off for each referral.
